I'll have you know I'm a styling runner in the cold. In fact, I'm the best dressed runner out there. You don't need the neck warmer if you have a mustache.
But you forgot the reflective equipment that most people need that have to work for a living, since they are running in the dark. You are fortunate to be able to hit the sweet spot of the couple hours of daylight.

Very good point about the reflective stuff, Keith! I forget that not everyone lives in a rural area where traffic is not such a big concern. My bad!
